FKK Beach Kandarola is the oldest nudist beach in Croatia and one of the oldest in the world.
It is located on the island of Rab, in a beautiful wooded area of the “Frkanj” peninsula beneath the “Velebit” mountain.
Kandarola is connected to the British royal family, as it was established in 1936 by the heir to the throne and later King Edward VIII, who famously swam naked in the bay of Kandarola with his love, Wallis Simpson.
