Culinary Tradition Of Our Family
Restaurant Biser Kandarola owes its humble beginnings to the first nudist visitors to the beach. It was built in 1952 with a simple purpose: to provide basic refreshments. However, over time, it became much more than that.
Culinary tradition is a special corner of our beach and family. On the Kandarola nudist beach, which in its own special way attracts the gourmet nudist community, the Jurešić family has been maintaining the gastronomic offer at the level that the profession demands for 3 catering generations.
The beginnings were humble, but cordial. A team of people, eager to relax and enjoy, quickly recognized that place as an ideal place to spend hours and hours, enjoying socializing, talking about life and simple but delicious food. Frequent get-togethers with home-made “bakes” and barbecues were organized, creating an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness that became the trademark of “Biser Kandarola”.

Home-Grown Fruits & Vegetables
What makes this restaurant special is its commitment to natural and domestic food production, especially important for nudists who value quality and authenticity. We grow most of the vegetables and fruits for the restaurant ourselves, using our Family Farm. In our fields for the restaurant, we produce various salads, tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, onions, zucchini, eggplants, as well as strawberries, watermelons, melons, cherries, grapes, lemons, raspberries and blackberries.
We make our own marmalade from excess fruit, which we use in our kitchen for sweet delicacies, and we are especially proud of our olive oil, which we have been producing since 2013 according to the highest EU standards and expert recommendations. This oil, together with our coastal fish, completes our healthy and gourmet offer.
